1 Wonders on Wheels. The mobile museum program of the Department of Cultural Affairs tours the state to bring The Arts of Democracy in New Mexico, an exhibition celebrating 250 years of freedom and self-government, to a place near you. Through early December.
2 Albuquerque Museum. The Other Route 66: 100 Years of People, Identity, and Place in Albuquerque explores the stories of those who worked, lived, and traveled along the Mother Road. Through January 3, 2027.
3 Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Albuquerque. The acclaimed, community-curated traveling exhibition Grounded in Clay: The Spirit of Pueblo Pottery returns to the state with a series of panel discussions and demonstrations by the 60-member Pueblo Pottery Collective. Through February 21, 2027.
4 Museum of Indian Arts and Culture, Santa Fe. Route 66 Is Indian Country follows the highway through eight New Mexico pueblos and parts of the Navajo Nation. Through March 7, 2027.
5 New Mexico History Museum, Santa Fe. Coming from the museum’s historic Palace Press, Printed at the Palace displays letterpress handbills, poems, and books printed on 19th- and early 20th-century equipment. Through December 1, 2027.
