- 2–3 large avocados
- 1 1/2 tablespoons crema Mexicana
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
Makes 6 Servings
- In the pitcher of a blender, combine the avocado flesh, crema, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
