Prepare. The high-desert sun is no joke. Dress smart for outdoors events. “Sunscreen, sun protection, and hydration are the things that we preach to everybody,” says Jamie Lenfestey, director of Lensic 360.
Be mindful. Concerts are all about community. Keep an eye out for fellow concertgoers to make sure you don’t block their view. “If you want to stand up and dance, that’s great,” Lenfestey says. “But be mindful of those around you.”
Purchase official tickets. Resale websites artificially raise the price of concert tickets. “The best thing is to go to the venue site or the promoter site,” says AMP Concerts executive director Neal Copperman.
