Taos Ceramics Center offers a variety of eight-week courses that meet weekly.

Paseo Pottery, in Santa Fe, holds two different seven-week courses—wheel-throwing and hand-building—that meet once a week. They also offer a one-time, two-hour pottery experience class.

Coyote Clay & Color, in Albuquerque, hosts six-week courses that meet once a week for pottery on a wheel and hand-throwing.

Bone Springs Art Space, in Roswell, teaches Dirty Dozen beginning classes on the first Friday and Saturday of the month.

The Community Education program at Doña Ana Community College, in Las Cruces, features 18-hour courses that meet for six classes in the fall. The college holds five or six courses per year. 

Carlsbad Area Art Association Studio Pottery is a community space run by the local art association. The studio offers shared kilns, glazes, and clay for members.
