HOT SPRINGS GLAMP CAMP, TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES

Guests who stay at this property have 24-hour, unlimited access to three on-site hot spring tubs and an indoor jacuzzi. The camp, which opened in 2021, features four vintage camping trailers, a modern Shasta fifth-wheel trailer, a yurt, and a newly completed dome, plus campsites where people can BYOG (bring your own glamp). “Everyone who arrives immediately falls in love with the space,” says Andrea Ahava, who owns and runs the site with her husband, Robert. hotspringsglampcamp.com

ARDOVINO’S DESERT CROSSING, SUNLAND PARK

South of Las Cruces, on the Mexico border, Ardovino’s Desert Crossing is a little oasis in the desert. With two vintage trailers, an adobe guest room dating back to the 1930s, and a restaurant featuring produce and poultry from the property, the resort is an excuse to escape. The 1953 Coachmen Chaparral and 1957 Spartan Imperial Mansion trailers, which can be rented on Airbnb, boast their own hot tubs where guests can soak under the stars. “You kind of step back in time,” says Robert Ardovino, owner of the hotel and restaurant. “I enjoy creating memorable spaces.” ardovinos.com
